Here at Evandale Wines, we craft a unique blend of Riesling and Traminer grapes sourced from our own vines growing in the prestigious Eden Valley region of South Australia. This cool-climate area is renowned for producing aromatic white wines with vibrant acidity.
The Riesling contributes crisp citrus and green apple notes, along with its characteristic minerality. Traminer, also known as Gewürztraminer, adds exotic floral aromas and luscious tropical fruit flavours. This harmonious combination results in a wine that balances freshness with richness. Expect a bouquet of lime blossom, jasmine, and lychee, followed by a palate of zesty lemon, ripe pear, and subtle spice.
