Description
Single Vineyard
Rich, concentrated flavours dominate the 2013 Evandale Estate Shiraz. Intense black pepper and warm spices lead, complemented by ripe blackberry and dark plum notes. The palate is layered with liquorice and subtle French oak influences, adding depth and complexity. Full-bodied and robust, with firm tannins supporting the concentrated fruit. A long, peppery finish lingers, showcasing the drought-influenced intensity of this Eden Valley Shiraz.
