Description

Single Vineyard

Following a wet winter and spring, then a crop-reducing frost, the 2013 Evandale Estate Shiraz showcases intensity born from adversity. Deep ruby with purple hints, it offers refined aromas of concentrated red berries. The palate bursts with vibrant raspberries and cherries, underlaid by subtle spice and vanilla from 18 months in French oak. Silky tannins provide elegant structure, while the frost-limited yield amplifies flavour complexity. A smooth, lingering finish completes this beautifully balanced Eden Valley Shiraz.
